Eligibility & Requirements

● Current student in good standing at an institution of higher education
● GPA of 2.5 or higher
● Dedicates at least 2 hours per week

Compensation: Due to the nature of our work, compensation may or may not be available to support internships. We take applications on a rolling basis and will let all applicants know about the possibility of funding at the time.

The Communications & Development Coordinator plays a vital dual role in raising awareness of WaterWays and securing the financial and community support necessary for our success. This team member will lead strategic communication initiatives, strengthen donor relationships, and support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.

Working closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and staff, this position blends creativity and relationship-building to advance WaterWays’ mission and grow our base of supporters, donors, and advocates.
